「Customer Service is 10 X above 5 stars. The front desk service went above and beyond the call of duty. Ms. Brenda and Gerilyn are amazing employees. Every Country Inn & Suites would be fortunate to have these 2 on staff. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional. We have spent the next 3 nights of our trip at CI&S because of the wonderful service we received in Nashville.」
「Virtual check-in and check-out made the process efficient and seamless. The property was nicely renovated and clean. The location was great, close enough to activities and transportation but far enough from the noise to be restful at night. It had all the amenities you would expect (ie. Breakfast area, gym, front desk staff etc.) The price was great for my stay and I would definitely come back in the future. 」
