「Before staying at this hotel I called and asked if the hot tub was working, I then made a reservation. The place sounded great, but it wasn't . I showed up and before checking in asked again is the hot tube working. I was told yes. Two hours later I found out it didn't work and hadn't for some time. The pool, kid's pool and hot tub were all filthy, with scum on their walls. The only emergency exit from the pool area, sealed closed with layers of ice. The fitness room consist of an old treadmill....

「It wasn't the cleanest or the nicest Best Western we have stayed at. It wasn't the dirties or the worst. It was ok. It provided a room and a breakfast for us that we needed for a wedding in the area. Staff were friendly.」

「The water ran at a trickle in the bathroom sink. The breakfast was the worst offering in my travels probably ever. For what the room charges were I felt i paid for a Hilton and received a Motel 6.」

「The house was well maintained, clean, convenient and newly renovated. A great experience. 」
