「The staff were friendly and always helpful although they should hire more staff. Staff should be checking rooms every other day for amenities.
Breakfast was good though they should change the menu often.
I don't like the flip-flops being retained. For hygenic purposes they should let the customers take it or have them replaced after each tenant's use.」

Even though I paid for the accommodation, they refused to let me stay because I didn't have a passport, and the accommodation fee has not been refunded.
This should be stated in the regulations, and if the guest did not stay, they should refund the money. I made an inquiry, but there was no response. Truly the worst hotel."
