「The area is in the slums and smells terrible. We lost power a few times. Inside the apartment are signs everywhere telling you what to do and not do. There was a sign telling us to flush the toilet after using it, no alcohol, take your shoes off, do not enter this room, no smoking..etc. The ac was only upstairs in the bedroom area. The property manager was responsive and nice to talk to. He has no control over the areas power outage and smell. If you need somewhere to stay it will do. Don’t...

「Excellent apartment, perfect location, excellent host! There's a 7-11 three minutes away, a great coffee shop on the corner, a supermarket within 10 minutes walk if you want to cook, and amazing restaurants within 5 or 10 minutes in any direction. You can get your laundry done for you at the corner for a few hundred pesos, the guards at the front door keep the building safe, and the aircon in the suite works great. 10 out of 10!」

「What a surprise this place is. The photos don't do it justice. Very new and superbly appointed apartment. The host happened to be there when I checked in to greet me.too. Not to far from the city and there are restaurants and a local store within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.」
