"The property’s location is excellent! Nice huge rooms, but hotel room marble floors were very dirty, not mopped and toilet bowls were stained. I suggest that housekeeping needs to do a thorough cleaning of the hotel rooms to keep the hotel property in good condition."

"The good thing is the place surround by Greenery and back to nature. NO shop or restaurants surround except inhouse. Breakfast made me rushing to CR :( No hot water when checkin and solve after pressuring them. Had WIFI BUT NO Internet connection. Airport Shuttle late by half an hour and nobody answer the call."

"For the most part, the Xenia Hotel is very nice but they have issues with elevator and escalator currently that causes some inconvenience temporarily. However, it’s is clean, the staff is top notch from the bellman to the front desk and all at the restaurant. They have a free breakfast buffet that’s to die for with lots of good food that I would say is more of a brunch than breakfast with great food dishes for anytime of day and breakfast such as fresh fruits, desserts, eggs and pancakes.
