"The website didn't clearly explain the positioning of the rooms. The desk clerk was extremely rude and assumed that we should know that you have to cross the creek, ride the elevator and circle around the building to get in. Once in the room the outside door to the balcony didn't close properly and we were grateful it wasn't raining. The amenities and access to the rooms had no consideration for older guests or handicapped persons. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone "

"We had an issue with the internet connection I asked the front desk ten times and they told it gets not connection in the rooms when is too busy and some computers are not compatible with their internet, I also told them that the tv didn’t hve internet so definitely something with that room that they need it to check, I was told they couldn’t do anything about it. We work remote so this wasn’t a good ex for us. "

"Great vacation vibe as soon as we pulled onto the property . Check-in was upbeat enlightening experience. Clean hotel and rooms . Everyone and everything was perfect. Close to shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back "

"Pool was nice! A bit of a walk but not bad for our family of 4 with teenagers! Super close to the town & Smoky Mountain National Park!! Best part we hiked all day looking for awesome animals & came back to the hotel to see a bear across the River!! It was Awesome!!"

"I was in room 104. Ac was broken. They said they would try to find me a fan, never did. Finally got them to move me to another room after sweating it out for 2 nights. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is absolutely beautiful … cozy, elegant, and exceptionally clean. The location is perfect with easy parking, onsite laundry, and even a Starbucks, which I loved. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly! We truly enjoyed every part of our visit. The rooftop deck is stunning and such a highlight of the property. We’ll absolutely be booking this hotel every time we come back!"
