"Very spacious, modern and comfortable rooms. Like others have said, the parking is tight, but this wasn’t an issue and staying during the week in a less busy season the lot was only half full anyway. Only minor complaint is the snacks/sundries and laundry seemed exorbitantly expensive. Recommend just walking down the street to the Walgreens for snacks and sodas. Otherwise nice hotel in a convenient location, would stay here again!"

"This is easily within walking distance of the main strip. That being said I came to this location becuase it is cheaper and the reviews were good. It was quiet at night and the room was clean. Plenty of parking also. I had zero complaints or improving suggestions about my stay."

"No meat breakfast but the grave and eggs biscuits were very tasty. Also have the other offerings! Place is old but well maintained. Very satisfied and would recommend and also stay again!"

"Bed was surprisingly comfortable. We didnt need anything super fancy for our night stay. Coming into Tennessee at 3 in the morning and needed a place to sleep. I honestly was expecting less with some of the negative reviews, but every thing was fine"

"This hotel has it all! Great views, restaurants, pool with slide, trolley shuttle to downtown and the hotel itself has an interesting architecture. I was curious how the room would look with it being a round hotel, and they were super roomy. All around a great place to stay on a Gatlinburg trip. Oh, and I can’t forget to mention the warm cookies - delicious!! "
