"他のホテルもそうですが、ロビーに水やスナックなどありましたが、どこまでシステム料金に入るのか不明でアメリカのアメニティ料金システムが不知で、詳しい説明を文章で示して欲しかった。何度か説明を受けたが、スタッフによって言ってる事が違ったので少し混乱しました。"
