「Best place ever 」

「スタッフはフレンドリーで話しやすく、場所は観光にも便利な場所で良かった。ただシャワーのお湯の量があまり良くなかった。部屋には椅子もなかったので、少し不便だったが、全体的には良かった。」

「シェラトンに泊まるという認識で予約を入れたのですが、ホテル名が変わっていました。 タクシーの運転手に、オールドサンファンにシェラトンは無いと言われ、住所を説明して行ってもらったのですが、その遣り取りで少し難儀しました。 ホテルはジュニアスイートルームに泊まり、ソファ付きのリビングは広くて立派だったのですが、宿泊料（1泊5万円強）に見合う施設だったかというと、少し疑問です。 レターデスクが狭く、2部屋あるのでエアコンの調整が難しかったのも不便を感じました。 またシャワーの湯温の調整も難しく、熱すぎるお湯を被ってしまいました。 しかし観光施設としての立地は最高で、オールドサンファンを堪能するホテルとしては申し分ないと思います。 もう少し安ければという、前提条件付きですが。」

「Located near both the fortresses and the center of the old town. Walking around the inn will make you easily enjoy sea breeze, ocean view and the heritages, though only a room faces a road. The inn is well decorated with paints, statutes and antique furniture. When you stay here, it should be also noted that the breakfast is free only for breads and coffee; you need to pay additional USD 5 to 11 if you want to have scrambled eggs, omelette, orange juice etc.」

「It’s in a beautiful, convenient location. Every thing was in walking distance. The place is true to its antique style. Water, coffee and WiFi is pretty much all amenities. The staff is all right not super friendly but helpful if you need it. Do make sure you do want to stay here because once you book they will not let you cancel. I was trying to cancel 30 days in advance and they did not allow because it was to close to the date. 」

「This hotel is in the middle of everything. No need to rent a car. You can walk to some great restaurants and shops. There is a lot of history nearby and the Fort at Old San Juan is only 15 minutes away on foot. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and air conditioned. Would have been nice if our room had a window, but that was no big deal. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. They held our luggage after we checked out at 11am so we could explore the area before we left...

「週末は近所のBarなどで開催されてるパーティーで割と賑やかなので、音がすると眠れないという人は注意！私は平気なタイプだったので、みんな元気だなーと思いながらすやすや眠れました（笑）スタッフの方がとてもご親切で、次回もまたここに泊まりたいです。」
