PAYMENTS AND SECURITY DEPOSIT
- Where applicable, electricity (and occasionally water) consumption will be calculated based on usage and charged at the end of the stay.
- A security deposit will be pre-authorised on the guest’s physical credit card upon arrival.
- The amount will be automatically released after departure; bank processing times may vary.
- Any damages or violations of the house rules may result in partial or full deductions from the deposit.
FINAL CLEANING AND ESSENTIAL SERVICES
The cost of final cleaning and the initial linen set is not included in the base rate and will be charged separately. Extra linen changes are available upon request.
TOURIST TAX

- Online check-in is mandatory and requires uploading documents and a selfie for each guest.
- Data is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations.
- A tourist rental agreement must be signed; an English courtesy copy is available.
KEY COLLECTION
Key collection takes place at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.
WASTE SEPARATION
The area is served by a door-to-door recycling system. Please use the appropriate bags and dispose of waste properly before departure.
