"Clean rooms, very modern, staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s within walking distance of the old town. The parking is terrible though, a very small lot in the back that fills up quickly. Very hard to navigate and not ideal for bigger vehicles. The Wi-Fi also was really bad, would work for a little bit but then completely stop working. "

Breakfast was amazing so much selection and staff at breakfast were exceptional. I will be recommending the Goien to anyone going to Bilbao which is als an amazing city to visit "

"Not as convenient as some other hotels in Bilbao but not terribly out of the way (beware the uphill walk from town!). Breakfast is special - very large selection and many healthy choices, especially for gluten-free. The room was fine, parking was a little tough to get in and out in our suv - but onsite and simple. "
