This hotel is in a perfect location in central Bilbao. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was a good size with a luxury bathroom. The icing on the cake was that the staff arranged for some Cava t be left in the room for my partner’s birthday which was a lovely surprise. Definitely recommend this hotel and will return when we next visit beautiful Bilbao!

Our experience here by far is the best during this trip. Can't say enough good things about this place. We will definitely miss it. Wish we could change plans and just extend our stay.
