"The hotelier at reception placed us in a really stunning 2 bedroom apartment. It was up on the top floor, completely exposed to the sparkling waters of the beach directly across the road. The front of the apartment had large bi-fold doors which opened completely out to the roomy sunny balcony. We could see the Waitangi grounds while sitting relaxing with a glass of bubbly. Kitchen was very modern and well appointed with all the things to make for a relaxing stay. Lounge, bedrooms and bathroom all meticulously clean and modern. Loved the small touches of NZ made conscientious soaps. If I return to Paihia, I would definitely opt to stay here again, it's beautiful. The grounds were all neatly kept too. Staff are wonderful! Thank you for a memorable stay in this most pristine part of the north island."

"This is our first review we have ever done. From start to finish this was 10/10 perfect. The agency that look after this most amazing property are very kind, friendly and professional. They made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.The photos of this property do not do full justice. It has the most incredible views that are close by not from a distant. The second we put our foot in the door it felt like home away from home, so inviting so warm and comfortable.Amazing views from all rooms. Comfortable beds and has everything you need and more. What was also amazing is the lovely Eco organic products, they care about the environment and you. Amazing shower with full pressure. The property is very clean, good lighting. And best TV with so many channels to choose from. You will never get bored. Have toilet and shower upstairs as well. We cannot say enough about this place and will be back. Someone mentioned the stairs. My husband is not well, and he could walk the very few stairs to bedroom one and I walked to bedroom two which is very private.There is so few wide stairs inside. Also, your car/vehicle drives to the door so only a couple of steps into the house. It has two large entertainment areas outside with amazing views as well. Our doggies loved the place. We had a very restful holiday. Great place to visit. Thank you to the team that look after this place, you truly are an amazing credit to the owners. Thank you for your kindness and help. You are the best."

"wonderful location, ( apart from the noisy ferry lol) perfect amount of space, wonderful stay. Just in regards to checking in if improvements could be made by stating the lockbox is in the far left corner up high it was a little bit hard to find. Also I didn’t get an email with the check in details. Otherwise other than the dryer plug not working and having to pull it out from the wall and plug it into another plug everything was great. Just those minor improvements needed. Lastly really appreciated the complementary late checkout. Would definitely recommend to others"
