「Harleen at the front desk is amazing! Due to circumstances I needed to leave early. She was so amazing to deal with getting a refund and cancelling my second night. Now, the hotel was clean but the area is not very desirable. Homeless and drug addicts right out front. You couldn’t walk down the side walk with groups cooking drugs, smoking hard drugs or shooting up. Fentanyl addicts everywhere. I felt very unsafe. Couldn’t even walk to dinner across the street. 「The room payment went through 3 days before I arrived and I requested pay at property. Check in hours are limited to only 3 till 8, front desk not staffed. Wall so thin we could hear the people in next rooms conversation/snoring. Coffee in the room was in a jar. No handy cap parking.」
