2. HighFive Guest house

Toshima

"It is located near a train station, clean room, easy check in, the only reason I gave it 3/5 is because it’s on a busy street the windows are thin so you can hear everything outside not so much people the cars driving by and they did provide ear plugs but at least for me it wasn’t enough. The price is good for the area, near train station, close to a lot of main attractions and shops. Just I’m a light sleeper so the noisy from the cars at night bothered me. It had 2 queen beds, a little kitchen...

Top Oji Station Hotel Reviews

APA Hotel & Resort Ryogoku Ekimae Tower

10/10 Excellent

"Clean room and staff are helpful."

THE KNOT TOKYO Shinjuku

10/10 Excellent

"The Knot was clean, well located, and has a great bakery in the lobby! It was great as a first place to stay for me and my two friends. The room is small, but we expected that. The lobby and second floor offer extra places to sit and eat outside of the room which was great! Staff in the lobby were always very pleasant and helpful. The bakery in the lobby offers well priced baked goods and bagel sandwiches as well. There’s a Family Mart just down the street that we enjoyed visiting and taking our items to eat in the park across the street. Shinjuku station is about 15-20 mins from the hotel, but there’s a closer subway stop and even closer bus stop that we used more often. I would recommend looking into airport shuttle services if you’re arriving from Narita as arriving to Shinjuku station can be overwhelming for first time visitors in Japan. I would recommend the Knot as a place to stay! It always felt safe and clean."

Hotel Gracery Shinjuku

10/10 Excellent

"I highly recommend hotel Gracery for a pleasant stay in Tokyo. Although the rooms are small but they are very clean with good amenities. The location is great. The staff are very professional and helpful. They go out of their way to assist you. Debbie, one of the receptionists helped us get a taxi to cruiseship port. She made sure we were getting the taxi in a timely manner and helped moving our luggages. She was extremely helpful and kind."

Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo

10/10 Excellent

"This hotel is conveniently located in Shinjuku. It is about 10-15 mins walk from the busy area and tourist spots which makes it a bit quieter. The staff are very friendly and excellent service. The size of the rooms are bigger than other typical hotel rooms in Tokyo which is great. The hotel also has a very convenient stop for hotel/airport bus limousine. It is right in front so no need for me to lug my luggages to the train to get to the airport! I would definitely stay here again."
