"The unit is up a spiral staircase (not mentioned and no elevator). The smell when you enter the condo is very strong. The washer used only very hot water, and no laundry soap provided. The wash rags were hanging over a rack (we hope they were clean) had four extremely small and old stained towels. Refrigerator, stove, utensils and window seals were dirty. "I arrived by Via Rail, was able to walk to hotel. Old town is also very close, and it was only 2 blocks to walk to the airport bus line. The staff was helpful in orienting me and letting me store luggage. The breakfast of cappuccino, warm croissant, and hard boiled eggs was great"
