「Parking was slightly sketchy, but we didn't have any problems. Proximity to metro (Sherbrooke) and restaurants (Bistrot La Fabrique!!!) was fantastic. The apartment was quiet and had all the accoutrements we needed. Only downside: 4th floor walk-up, which is only a problem if you're exhausted at the end of a long day in beautiful Montreal!」

「Great location and the space itself has potential, but the experience with the host and the condition of the unit was disappointing. The host did not respond to any messages before or during our stay when we tried to address several concerns. At one point, a man entered the space unannounced saying he was there to fix the smoke alarm, which was concerning since we had not been notified. When I contacted the owner about this, they did not reply. On the second morning, the smoke detector started...

「Too much construction occurring around the property. Also the rooftop area is covered in bird poop. Under the rooftop there is a pile of trash all over the place. Place was nice but having shampoo and body wash on the floor is not acceptable. Owner didn’t mention that key wasn’t even on site and that almost got locked out every night」

「I had reserved this place for my parents for its practicality, thinking it would just be a comfortable place for them to sleep and shower while they spent most of their time out and about during the day. However, I found this apartment to be lacking in several key areas. It's small and at the top of several flights of stairs. This wouldn't normally be an issue in and of itself, but it would have been good to know. Inside, the bed is also quite small and the temperature is difficult to control....

「The condo was clean, nice bedding and excellent location. Very disappointed in communication with host. We could not find the hair dryer and one of the tvs had issues. Communication was quite delayed (20hrs) and never rectified….sent several follow-up messages, again no resolution….disappointing. There were also no hand towels and one facecloth in bathroom, annd no dish towels or sponges. Also, could hear other tenants, not well soundproofed. This rental could be a 5 with a few touches and...
