「Very clean, good interactions with host. We found it was a great spot for us for our 3 days in Montreal after Ottawa and on the way to Quebec city. No real complaints minor nit-picky item would be that the couch isn’t super comfortable, on the plus side we walked to get groceries at the IGA, got our own parking spot and the area was quiet. 」

「Great, central location. Well-stocked kitchen and washer/dryer were very convenient. Units facing Avenue Prince-Arthur can be noisy at night since there are a lot of restaurants and bars, but that's true of everywhere in this neighborhood.」

「There’s mice. Also no contact with management through Expedia or calls/chat. It’s unfortunate because it’s a nice place and convenient area. The cleaning staff is nice, but don’t speak English or French. But with issues of late night noise and screaming, there’s nowhere to get in touch with building management. I had to find the cleaning staff the next day. Also there is mice. we saw a mouse climbing up the curtains later. They know there’s an infestation since there’s mice traps. Honestly...
