「Staff was nice, but the whole hotel needs major updating and renovations. There is no gym and it hasn’t been available for a long time so that should be removed from website. Breakfast was the same thing every day with no fruit, protein or yogurt. In terms of the room, bed/bedding was clean but the room itself was questionable as everything is old, run down making it look unclean and gross: carpet, bathtub, tiles, flooring, walls, doors.」

「フリーウェイへのアクセスは容易。レストラン、スーパーも２マイル圏内に豊富にある。 静かなエリア内には他の有名ホテルが２軒ある。部屋の清潔感・アイテムについては、問題なし。 　朝食用キャンティーンはラウンジ風にレイアウトされていたので テレビ見ながらコーヒーとクッキー、部屋以外にくつろげる空間があるのがうれしい。」

「日本人は宿泊を止めた方が良いです。 １，長屋方式です、カード式ドアロックが解除に１０回必用。 ２，エアコンが止まっていた、さらに冷蔵庫・電子レンジ電源コードが外れている、 　　又電源差し込みが１個しかない。 ３，ＴＶの写りが悪くチャンネル数も少ないし今時ブラウン管　 ４，ベッドがキシンで寝返りすると目が覚める程です。　 ５，シャワーは最悪です、汚いの一言水回りは入れ替えないとダメです。 ６，４棟目の角にいた為、氷・自動販売機がオフィスにあり遠い。　 ７、wi-fi無し、朝食無し、愛想無し　(>_<)　 ８，AM１０：００チェックアウトなのにAM９：３０に清掃に来た。 結論：マネジメントがダメ、投資されていないので機器がダメ、これで＄２２５とは。？ 　　　また治安が悪そうです、ドア裏に注意書きがあり不審者を入れない用にと有りました。 　　　アメリカンバリューは５回宿泊しましたが全てＮＧです。 ただし隣にスタバが有るだけマシでした。」
