I booked with Expedia, hotel is nothing as advertised by Expedia. I was charged a $50 damage deposit, didn't know until after the charge hit my bank. Told by manager it was nothing and I'll get it back once I check out. Since I was billed a damage deposit I asked the manager to inspect the room with me to go over the damages I already found to ensure I wasn't going to be charged. She refused. I inspected the room in detail, found more filth, damages to furniture & fixtures, blood and/or feces wiped on the bathroom wall. Found 2 smoked cigars with plastic tips near the headboard. Supposed to be non-smoking room, cobwebs and thick dust are dark yellow from smoking!!! Desk chair missing from room, used shower chair to sit on at desk. Refrigerator didn't work, noted also on a previous complaint on the BBB complaint site. Many complaints lodged against this establishment. When I checked out I asked an employ to inspect my room for damages, he refused, I called the manager, she again, refused, she would take care of it. She sure did, I received a refund of $8.88 from the $50 deposit without explaination. I called back once I got home seeking an explanation, she told me to call back Monday. Still no refund. I took pictures of the damages that I had found when I checked in and just before checkout.
