"No it water throughout the hotel and the want to offer a $10 credit and 2000 points which equals between $17 and $21 dollars for a room that we paid $250 for! Shameful"

"Had a jacuzzi tub, clean and worked great."

"Originally were put in a room without working air conditioning but we got a new room quickly and without issues. When we got the new room, there was garbage in the garbage can from a previous guest & garbage left on the couch. It was also a bummer that the indoor pool was not heated because it was absolutely freezing. The complimentary breakfast was great."
