I had to switch my room, the first one was SOOOOO disgusting. Smoke alarm was ripped out, smelled like cigarettes .. hand prints on the headboard.... spiders and mold all over the room and the bed had ripped stained pillows and sheets.. staff was super accommodating and immediately moved me to another room, which was much cleaner... however... when i opened the toilet it was clogged and a huge spider was floating in the toilet... also killed a HUGE ROACH! I've stayed at this chains other locations without issue.. this one in particular should be burned to the ground. I drove 6 hours for what I was doing and slept with one eye open i was traumatized lol.. just don't do it.

Blankets and sheets looked like they hadn't been cleaned or they were just that stained. Smelt horribly, Bathtub would not drain after showering. Walls had stains all over. Absolutely horrible. I do not recommend this hotel at all!

Many issues with our stay. Room had towels with stains on them, smoke detector was open with battery missing, AC keep shutting off and had to keep hitting the reset button, key to room stopped working, went to lobby where another guest was having the same problem, no one at desk, keep hitting the buzzer but no one responded., called the phone number and it rang at least 25 times and still none picked up. Finally, an employee showed up and apologized for the delay. Breakfast was sparse, juice machine not working and one of the two cereal dispensers was empty.

The property was good. Staff is nice. The only problem was that the elevator wasn’t working. Our room was on the second floor. The entrance to go up stairs was outside. A lot of the guests were outside cooking out and listening to music late at night.

We liked the hotel. We have stayed there several times. The only problem we had was they don’t clean the room or give you towels without requesting them to do this for you. We found out on our own. They don’t give you any information about this at check in. We were there 4 days. The room wasn’t cleaned and towels weren’t left in the room.

Room was fairly clean for most part, but there were gnats, fruit flies, and house flies in the room on arrival, and a prior occupant's food left in the minifridge, and a piece of food scrap behind the TV stand. Parking was good/close. Fitness room was convenient. Front desk staff was attentive and helpful. Elevator was broken throughout stay, so had to take stairs which only go to outside entrances/exits -- so had to go outside and then back in another door to get to the lobby.

Checked in and went to room. Unpacked, hubby took shower and went to flush toilet and it was broken before and fixed with a bread tie. We packed up, requested another room, checked into room, toilet worked. Went to step into shower that night, the fiberglass tub top coating was broken with sharp edges. Luckily I brought my own bathmat. Then the wall with the shower head was cracked about 12 inches. I would not want to see what is behind it. Went to bed and hubby looked up and asked why there were wires sticking out of the ceiling. Is that our smoke detector? No, there was no smoke detector, just wires with wire caps on them. We were so disappointed and tired, I did not ask for another room. I didn’t say anything to anyone because their concern the first time was not genuine. They never came up to check after I called them, I had to go to them. I do have pictures to support my complaints if you are interested.

This property was not what I expected for $100 a night. The elevator was out, the AC didn’t work in the room, it would turn on and automatically turn rt off. The room was not very clean. Will never stay here again.

The first room we were given had a VERY HEAVY stale smoke smell. We were switched to another room on the 3rd floor, which was only accessible by a stairwell on the sides of the building as the Elevators have not been working. The side doors had no security locks. Anyone could enter at any time. The TV had no remote and was not hooked up to any type of satellite/cable.

I want to start by saying the daytime staff was extremely kind. However, in the room there were multiple cockroaches. When I went to turn on the AC, there were giant chunks of mold in the AC unit that were very easy to see. There was hair all over the shower, washcloth and towels. And for some reason the ONLY light in the bedroom was a lamp with a black light bulb?? The mini fridge was full of water and what looked like black mold. I also bought Clorox wipes to wipe down surfaces at first because there was white sticky stuff all over random tables and chairs. I left that night, tried to tell the staff about my experience and the man that night was extremely rude to me claiming I owed them money even though I pre paid through Expedia. I’m not that picky but this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. I’m still waiting on a refund to be processed as I had to make other accommodations the same night I checked in. This place should seriously be shut down. Do not stay here.
