「We were not able to even get inside the place. Instructions were sent a couple days before but it did not include an access instructions. Reached out to the host for access instructions and he responded after a couple hours. I sat in my car outside the property for an hour before calling VRBO customer support. The first agent couldn’t find any access information, the supervisor found it and I thought everything was going to be good. The host then responded with hard to understand communication...

「READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE RESERVING!! Listing is extremely inaccurate. The apartment smelled heavily of cigarette and marijuana smoke. Overall the apartment is very run down. Also, listing says that there is a security gate that is closed and locked every night for safety and that you will need a code to get in. That is completely not true. Gate was left open 24 hours a day which allowed a ton of traffic in and out all night. On the second night we were there there was a man breaking into cars,...

「Overall, the home was spacious and accommodated our group comfortably, which we appreciated. We had booked this home for our wedding weekend to host our elders, so it was unfortunate to learn only the day before check-in that the primary bathroom was under renovation, leaving the entire house with just one bathroom. With multiple guests staying in the home, this created a significant inconvenience during an already busy weekend.Additionally, the front door was very difficult to open and close,...

「This lovely property is clean, spacious and well decorated. There is room for a big family. The kitchen is large and sunny. The back yard is great for cooking out, enjoying the hot tub and watching your dogs play. The beds are so, very comfortable! The master bath is great, too. There is a large, deep tub that I enjoyed each night. We will look at threeThis property first, the next time we're in OKC!」

「This was a beautifully decorated and cozy home in a lovely neighborhood in OKC. All the little details were just perfect down to a wall of unique coffee mugs and collection of different teas at the coffee station. It was also a plant lovers dream with plants in every corner. We were just staying in town one night for a memorial and the host was super considerate. She let us check in a little early so we had time to get settled and changed before the service. A」

「Sadly, we did not have a good experience at this property. Starting with the door code not working, we tried four different codes (and took nearly an hour) before one worked and opened the door. The host communicated only through the portal. The house was not as pictured. We found it dark and gloomy, especially the main bath. There was no rug as pictured in the living area, no media console table under the television. Many of the pillows and bedding did not match the photos and appeared to have...
