"The customer service was amazing. I had some complications booking with an outside party and I got charged twice. That outside party was unhelpful so I was very stressed on arrival. Isiah who greeted me at the front desk was very kind. He even stepped to the back for awhile & came back saying it’s handled! He contacted the company and got everything fixed for me, it was unexpected and put me at ease. A problem that wasn’t theirs to fix, so it was above and beyond service. The hotel room was gorgeous! Spacious & quiet. The beds are so comfy! Most hotels the beds are too stiff but theirs stood out to me for being so comfortable. The only con I have is the elevators. There are only a few and they are veryyy slow. I would still stay there again though, overall great experience. "
"The property promised to be a Hyatt Place in Bricktown and it WAS a Hyatt Place in Bricktown. Only complaint is self park is $29/night everything else met or exceeded expectations. "

"Great location in the city, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The building is beautiful and has lots of character and amazing original artwork. Our room on the 12th floor was a nice size and the bathroom was very large, the water pressure was wonderful and the soap, shampoo and conditioner smelled wonderful. The sheets were a very good quality and were great to sleep on, the mattress wasn’t great but we still slept well. The restaurant Flint in the foyer was okay, decent servings, the service was great and there was a good selection of food and a lovely fire in the back. "
