"They’re using ai as their front desk receptionist so when we requested things like more bath towels we didn’t get what we requested. We also requested for the bedding to be changed and they didn’t do that either- just left the sheets folded on the end of the bed and only one set we wanted both beds changed. Most things were broken, ice machine and pool"

"We went there for one of the semifinal NBA games and had a great time. The hotel is very walkable to restaurants and to the arena. The staff was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants. Our room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I visited OKC."

"Hands down one of the best hotel stays I've had. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed — attentive without being overbearing, and quick to take care of anything we needed. The room was immaculate. Comfortable bed, spotless bathroom, and well thought-out in every detail. It was easy to unwind after a full day out. The location couldn't have been better — close to everything we wanted to see and do, without the noise you might expect. And the amenities were excellent; we made good use of everything on offer. The dining was a real highlight. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and the kind of meal you'd happily return for on its own. Breakfast especially set a great tone for each day. If you're looking for a place that gets everything right, this is it. We'll absolutely be back."

"I was surprised at the service and the condition of the hotel. It was ok, nothing special. When we checked in the counter person was informative enough but was almost impossible to reach again. (Please get the counter more help.) Our room, #202 needs more light and the AC wasn't working properly. We did try to have breakfast one time at the property and followed the instructions to seat ourselves. We chose the cleanest used table we could find and waited for over 10 minutes and were never served. And not at fault of the hotel a water main busted. It was fixed the same day but the staff didn't think to check the hot water heaters. That evening when I went to get a shower, there was no hot water. I tried to call the front desk to notify them 5 different times before just going to bed. No one ever answered. The next morning, same, no hot water. My husband did reach someone that morning and they said they were looking for a plumber to come out on Memorial Day to address the hot water issue. Needless to say, we had a COLD shower and checked out."
