「We were given a room that smelled of smoke, and the room was filthy. I went back to the office to try and switch rooms but the staff was away for dinner and the two contact numbers were not answered. The smoke alarm had a plastic bag around it. We reserved two nights, but left after one. When I turned in my key, the person behind the desk said they would refund one night. I don’t know if they have.」

「Wanted to give it a 5 star all around but for some reason my screen cut off the 5th star. Employee went the extra mile to make sure my room was nice and cool when I arrived and even provided a courtesy call to make sure my room was nice n cool I appreciated that. First time I was there I had explained that the AC didn’t work. So this time around the employee really went above and beyond I’ll definitely be going back.」
