「I stayed at this location and I was disappointed. The check in was great, as the employee was professional and polite. He shared all the information about the hotel and amenities. After that is when my experience went downhill. The elevator was making a big thunk and shifting sideways when it was moving. Felt like it was going to fall. Once in the room, the room looked okay until I went in the bathroom. You can tell the property needs to be upkept because there was a big hole in the wall next to...

「Staff was nice rooms were clean but housekeeping never came we had to empty our own garbage we had ask for towels and washcloths and garbage bags breakfast was ok but it was the same thing every day sausage and eggs no variety beds were not comfortable at all」

「They had made the bed but did not change the sheets from the previous guest. The sheets looked slept on, not new, and had hair on them.」

「Evidently our reservation was cancelled and even though we had a confirmation number, the "system" didn't recognize it and they had no rooms available. Although, with the looks of the other guests and open containers of alcohol I think they did us a favor and we stayed at the Hampton Inn instead and enjoyed a beautiful and comfortable stay.」
