"Hotel was located in downtown and with no parking. The room key didn’t work. After 10 minutes wait at the door a maintenance man showed up and realized that the key was not programmed correctly. The room was very dirty. The king bed and the pillows were fine. We couldn’t find any towels. We had to go back to the front desk to get some towels. "

"We loved this house for our weekend stay in OKC. It was perfect for the rwo of us. We loved the front porch, it was perfect for the February warmth!! Our host communication was great; we would highly recommend this cute home for your stay!"

"My family and I (4 adults) were in town and needed a place to stay that was close to OU Medical. The Cozy Plaza Retreat was exactly as described and accommodated us well. The kitchen had all the cookware we needed and the large dining room table gave us ample space to eat together. The driveway easily accommodated our two vehicles. This property was exactly what we needed. "

"We rented this place because my mom had a tranplant. The first night was ok but from the second night and on it was a nightmare since the people on the second floor were fighting all night long we were able to hear all kind of words and threatenings. On Wednesday a strong and nasty odor started coming in to the house. That was the reason why we felt the need of leaving that place. And got a room at a hotel. I honestly do no recommend this place at all."

"Unfortunately the hot tub was completely nonfunctional which was the reason we picked this location and it remained unusable through our stay. She tried to suggest that the cold weather was causing it (it was 58 degrees when we arrived) which we knew from experience with hot tubs, was not the case. She claimed someone tried to fix it but to no avail. The toilet upstairs was leaking, the shower in the master was lukewarm and the living room was so cold we had to wear our coats. Outlets in the guest bath didn’t work. The windows were very drafty and when it was windy, the upstairs windows rattled all night. She issued a very small refund as an apology but our stay was less than desirable. The kitchen was decent and there were at least extra blankets, which we needed. Won’t be staying here again sadly. "
