「The rooftop patio pool & bar service MUST change. The bar that is inside at the rooftop is such a failure when it comes to service. Everytime I’ve gone as a guest the wait time is outrageous and it just seems as if the staff is not prepared for this type of environment. They try to be nice, but always have such a hard time attending to customers in a timely manner. Omni Dallas would never.

「We just got back from a 2-night stay at Okana Resort, and overall we had an amazing experience! We made the 3-hour drive from Texas with our two 9-year-olds and our 2-month-old, and it was well worth it.
Our room was ready about an hour before the official check-in time, which was a great start to our trip. The kids absolutely loved both the lagoon beach and the indoor water park. There was plenty to keep them entertained, and everything was clean and well maintained.
