"The place is very nasty. There were people right outside of the entryway doing drugs. There were homeless people wandering around. Trash everywhere out front. The hallways smelled horrible. Don't even get me started on our room. The only good thing was that the beds were comfortable. Would never recommend this place."

"The room was VERY large and spacious. The hotel was clean. It is a little older. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were cautioned by our Lyft driver that the area isn't the best of areas, but I never felt unsafe or even uncomfortable waiting for ride shares and food delivery."

"DO NOT COME HERE ! Horrible horrible horrible. We came as two mates doing route 66. We had a sofa bed and normal bed which is fine. Came in room and sofa bed had blood covered on it and so did the sheet, photos attached. Asked for another room. Went there and had no sheets, pillows or blanket. Had to go back downstairs (from the top floor) to as for this. In the meantime there were random public people walking in and out swearing, with spliffs and all sorts (you get the jist). Got given the sheets and then find out we don’t even have any towels for a shower ! We had to use face towels. Horrible horrible. Went downstairs and said I’d like to make a complaint, she said okay and get a pen and back of a leaflet. I said is there no official eat for this ? She just blanked me and didn’t even try to explain and resolve anything. Breakfast was awful, every ring looked dirty, our if dare and tasted like dust. Be avoidance, we really regret wasting our money here !"

"I had a great stay at this hotel in Oklahoma City. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, and they were always available to help with anything I needed. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. The amenities were excellent, and everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting OKC."

"Clean, modern…felt very comfortable with my family here. Nothing bad to say about staff/service, but also nothing extraordinary. The team did not put off a friendly vibe. Beds were comfortable but not the best for more than one occupant in a queen sized bed. All in, I would stay again."

"The place is dirty. The doors in the back are unlocked for anybody that wants to come in. A lot of the outlets are not working. The lights are without bulbs so it’s not working either swimming pool is always packed. The halls are terribly smelling bad and the carpets are really dirty. evaluation a grade is a lie the hotel we thought it would be good and it was actually a very bad experience"
