「The hotel is beautiful. The staff seems like they are being forced to work there and hate their jobs. Also, the coffee maker in our room was broken. When we asked for a replacement, we were told there is nothing they could do. We could tell by the empty lot that the hotel wasn’t sold out. Why not take one from an empty room? I used to work for a hotel that really cared about the guests. No wonder this hotel is empty. We will not be staying again nor will we recommend this place.」

「This property was far more expensive than the quality you pay for in my opinion. The room was standard, the pool had broken ladders and the front desk lady kept telling people different times for breakfast hours. Best part is how close you are to the mall!」
