「I stayed friday-sunday and I had to switch rooms on Saturday due to my tub filling up/backing up as I took a shower but they waived the entire resort fee so I'm still sticking to my word that everything was perfect, rooms were very clean and peaceful, it felt like home away from home and I'll definitely be returning ☺️ 」

「Staff was very accommodating and we were satisfied with our room. Very comfortable beds and the hot tub and pool area was a great way to unwind and relax after a day of walking through the city.」

「I came from a long trip and a horrible hotel. My Son, who lives here in Chicago, met me at the airport to help me find a hotel to stay at overnight. Everything was perfect about this hotel, except we did not realize that it was so far from the airport. It was late, so we did not have time to explore the area, especially since we did not know where we were and if there was anything worth seeing nearby. I still will recommend this hotel.」

「Breakfast is good enough to enjoy morning time with some drinks and breads option. Bed condition is also good enough to have a good rest.」

「The beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. Even the carpet was clean. The hotel is in great condition except for one glaring oversight. The elevators! The elevators are not regularly cleaned (built up dirt and grime). Its a shame because they don't represent the care being given to the rest of the facility. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay and will return. 」
