Appreciated pet friendly and room service. Clean and quiet. My only negative is the locks on doors. They were very delayed with recognizing the key cards. When you are outside at midnight potting a dog I want that door to open quickly and not be fussing with it trying to get it to recognize it.

Everything was good till I had to leave for a family emergency and got bounced between the hotel and hotels.com to see if I could refund one night since my plan was to stay the whole trip but obviously couldn’t due to family emergency. The lady we got at the hotel to talk to the manager was very rude and unpleasant. The rest of staff was great.
