"It is in the amazing location, in front of a park. In several minutes, you can walk to the cathedral, parliament, the University of Sofia (one block) and many cafes and restaurants. "When we arrived we were told that the room for four (the apartment) wasn’t available. (They took no responsibility for this. Blaming hotels.com for making a reservation for a room that was unavailable) The receptionist couldn’t find our booking. So we were put into two double rooms. The check in wasn’t done correctly due to this. We didn’t pay when we arrived. We weren’t registered with our passports and told about the tourist tax. We were told we could have breakfast and then the next morning...

"This hotel was well equipped and a fantastic value.. correction, an unbelievable value (when I booked anyway). They have a gym and a pool and sauna rooms...plural. They have breakfast buffet which is in my opinion pretty good. The rooms aren't luxury, but they are comfortable and clean with adequate bathroom facilities. The area is close to transportation and a walkable distance to a touristy part of town. It's in a university student area of town. The staff was a little cold to deal with,...
