Stayed for three nights and barely got any sleep. At night the main road adjacent to the hotel becomes a race track with motorbikes roaring and screeching as they race until around 3am, dreadful.

New, modern and clean

Nice place to stay. As a family of 4 we had 2 rooms next to each other. We arrived late in the evening and had dinner at the hotel restaurant. Had a couple of trips up and down in the elevator until we hit the correct floor (strange button labeling) but the food was great. Will definitely stay there again.

I stayed in a two bedroom apartment with the family for 3 nights. I was impressed by the quality of the hotel and level of service. It is ideally located between two metro stations with a quick access to city center. The sky bar overlooks the Vitosha mountain. Staff is friendly, breakfast delicious, and overall a great value for the money.

Hotel is nicely located by the Business Park area. Easy access to transportation. Breakfast is phenomenal. Air-conditioning in our room needs upgrade it couldn't quite keep up with the heat of summer. Other than that it was great.

Usually good but not this time

I booked and payed for a 2 bedroom apartment, but was downgraded to a simple room. No explanation from a very rude reception worker, except that I could not expect to get what I booked. And no discount offered, even if the room I was given was at least 25 euro cheaper than what I had payed. I have stayed at this hotel about 15 times before, and it has always been perfect. I hope next time it will be ok again, otherwise I will find different accomodation in Sofia for the future.
