Virginia Union University (VUU) is a historically black university located in Richmond, Virginia, United States. It took its present name in 1899 upon the merger of two older schools, Richmond Theological Institute and Wayland Seminary, each founded after the end of American Civil War by the American Baptist Home Mission Society. "The key did not work for the door after we went to get something to eat. and could not find anybody at front desk to deal with it. Had to find somewhere else to sleep. When we came the next morning to let them know, there was no remorse or compensation for it. "
