"Overall this place is amazing and far beyond expectations. This is a real gem with an amazingly clean space, quiet and new rooms/facilities and a great restaurant. We only stayed overnight as we were leaving from the airport the next day but wish we would have stayed longer. "Very comfortable stay. The staff was helpful. The room was very spacious and despite being on the first floor, it was very quiet. Location is convenient to train station and metro so was super easy to get around. Some nice neighborhood restaurants. Laundry room in lower level a big plus. Free water, espresso, tea, croissants and cookies were a nice touch. Only drawback is that area around hotel itself is not very busy with pedestrians at night so felt a little isolated at night. "The location was perfect-very close to Duomo, subway stations, restaurants, and shopping districts. It was very safe to walk outside even at night. The room was clean and quiet, and all staff were professional. We will stay here again. "

"The location was amazing (we were in the building in front of the duomo). Even though we were on the 6th floor, there was noise from the street of the tram that works all night. Even with windows closed- it is still loud. We are deep sleepers so it was ok, but if you are a light sleeper- it will definitely bother you. The apartment was great, would be great if the towels could be changed at least once in the 3 night we were there. They weren't changed at all. "
