ノーザン インテリア カリフォルニアのスパのあるリゾート & ホテル

「Good location to visit Shasta area. Air conditioner is too noisy and the position is terrible. This is the only thing what I did not like. Not too bad, but a little bit too expansive in comparison with the quality. I may not want to choose this hotel again.」

「We love staying at Gaia anytime we are in the area. Their beds are comfortable, the property is beautiful and staff is friendly. This trip and our previous trip we ended up having to wait for our room to be ready, as it was apparently still being cleaned.

「Stay here several times a year.. I see small improvements each time…but I think lack of staff they are unable to keep mini golf and the store open longer hours.. inconvenient when needing something… never sold out when they say they are…again I think due to lack of help… never that busy.. front desk staff nice…pool good. . 「Could not check-in at the office attached to the motel. Had to go to the local convenience store/gas station and tell someone that you were there to check-in Who then went to find someone to meet you at the office of the motel. Also, local phone number had been disconnected, so no way to reach them for a late night. Check-in. All very sketchy.」
