「I booked a room with a window and I was given a basement room that stunk of cigarette smoke and two tiny windows (30cms x 30cms) either side of a bulkhead. The windows let in dust and dirt from the street and also cigarette smoke from people smoking outside. When I mentioned that I had booked a room with a window, I was shown a 2/F room that should have been the one I booked but was told that I had to pay an extra 100 bucks. No thank you!

「The place is gorgeous and Maggie is the most hospitable host imaginable, she made us feel like we’re family, gave us useful tips, and helped make reservations for us. The location is also ideal. I know where I’m staying next time I’m in Varna. 」
「A nice smaller hotel with everything you need, and not much else. The bathroom was small, and the shower made everything wet, but nothing problematic. The beds were fine and it was real quite. Some well spent money and a place I would book again. 」
