"A horrible stay. Hotel wasn’t fully opened. Rooms were worn down, not clean, staff speaks no English, pools were empty, all inclusive dinner was an oily tasteless soup, a salad , an over cooked chicken stew with rice and a mini slice of cake. Asked for more rice ( as that was the only eatable ) and took 1 hr and begging to get it. Elevator didn’t work, getting to the 6th floor was getting up at the 4 and then walk 2 floors. "The location was ideal. It's in the city centre and walkable distance to everything. I paid for the room with a balcony (said it in the title add) but they gave me a room without one. The room was clean but there was a dirty white shirt on the bathroom floor obviously from a previous customer. So, the bathroom cleaning could be improved."
