「Great location in a cute and well equipped cottage. I agree with other reviews that small touches like filtered water and ice already made were a plus. Off street parking right outside unit is also nice. Great walkable neighborhood.」

「This house is perfection, I would absolutely stay there again. The host has thought of everything and the house is impeccably clean. The decor is beautiful, we must have said ‘oh my gosh, look at this’ 20 times a day. The location is great, the only negative is that because of the location, you will hear dumpsters being emptied every morning. It wasn’t a deal breaker for us.:) 」

「It was cute and clean and very quite. The check in process was very simple. The beds were comfortable, and the snacks and drinks provided were a nice bonus. Some doors do not close due to shifting in the house, but it was not a problem. The hot tub would not heat at all. We did not realize the owner was on property so we did not try to contact him that night when were were trying to use the hot tub. Check out was easy, although we did have to search through emails to find the checkout process....

「This place was Awesome and Unique. A quiet, Tranquil Cottage to relax and unwind. We had a Music Festival to go tonin Austin but didn't want to stay in the City. So We chose a place close enough to Town but far enough for Privacy and Solitude. This place was Perfect. Would recommend to Anyone and We will be back soon. 」

「The place is small and the deck was great overlooking the lake, but only accessible thru the bedroom which was only accessible by a small spiral stairwell. We could not get our suitcases up the stairwell which was too tight. There is great outdoor space, but we went in the winter and it was too cold to enjoy it all. Bed linens were great but towels were small and too few. 」
