"My room was not clean. What i mean by that is the mess was from previous renter. The room was in the condition a previous person left it. Never cleaned and no rooms available. I had to rent elsewhere. "

"Shampoo was empty on 2nd night, had to wait on towels, NO coffee available in the common area when Star Bucks was closed & taking no cash! Husband was not happy! No breakfast for guests and since when do your guests have to pay for parking just to stay there!? And there is no vent in bathroom and we could smell the sewer running through under the bathroom sink! Stinky! Guest Services were great!"

"This place is very old. And I gave it a benefit of doubt but it was dirty beyond measure. The carpet is FILTHY. I mean stains everywhere I was afraid to walk around with no socks or slides. But the worst part of it all is I was asleep and around 4:45am I roll over and see a shadow of a huge bug. So I immediately get up and turn the light on it’s a HUGE ROACH. I tried killing it but it went to the back of the bed. At that point I was stressed out because I was not going to sleep with a roach near me. I went to the front desk and the guy tried to come and kill it. He blamed it on “Texas weather” smh. Anyways he couldn’t find it but found a dead cricket . My goodness so this place isn’t deep cleaning at ALL. So he moved me into another room and at this point I have already started to record. I go to the other room. And exam this too and it’s literally old food under the bed. Ugh! I was so grossed out so overwhelmed that I could not go back to sleep AT ALL. I asked for a late check out but I was ready to leave by 9am. It’s not that it’s outdated it’s that it’s outdated and dirty as heck. I will be posting these videos on social media including that roach "

"Rooms smell terrible. The lobby was nice and clean, hallways are clean, staff was great, but the rooms are just stinky and gross."

"Clean and comfortable but ... Bad road noise on back side of building. TV had no apps and no way to cast any apps from your phone. No Netflix?? That was a first for this modern age."
