Best location and cozy home

This was our first time in Austin and this little home was the perfect space for us! The location was amazing - so easy to walk to restaurants and bars. Very clean and such an easy check in/out process. Hope to come visit again soon!

This place was perfect. Beautiful location with lots to do in the immediate vicinity. The check in process was seamless. The property itself is so cute. Freezing cold AC. Good water pressure. Comfortable bed. Dedicated parking spot. It even has a freakin washer and dryer! I really can't think of a better spot. I'll be staying here whenever I visit my hometown of Austin from here on out!

An amazing little getaway! Close enough to downtown yet outside the major portion of the city! Clean, as in immaculate. It was great to cook our own meals as we wanted. Incredibly quiet. Exceptionally well set up. We will return!

Wonderful!

Everything about this property was wonderful! Communication with Darlene was excellent and she checked in during the stay to make sure I was doing ok and had everything I needed. The neighborhood felt very safe and was only a short walk from SOCO. The outdoor space was a little smaller than I thought it would be, but I had some many other outdoor places to go it didn’t really matter. Inside was so clean and welcoming. Thanks Darlene!

Date Night

We came into Austin because we were getting bees in Elgin. We also wanted to eat at one of our favorite restaurants on Lamar. I wanted a place that was within walking distance and I found the PERFECT place! Johanna Bee is private, clean, and so well stocked we wished we had been able to book an entire weekend so we could enjoy it in its entirety. When we come back to Austin this will be our first choice in a place to stay. The host deserves 5 stars, two thumbs up, and all the accolades for being so wonderful. Thanks so much!

So Clean, Cute and Comfy!

This a well kept cottage. I can tell the owner cares about making sure you are as comfy as possible. Everything you need and more. Bed was comfortable, and washer dryer worked awesome. And the water pressure in the shower was great. Kitchen stocked with tea and coffee pods was such a nice touch. Bed slept well. I was able to walk to some fabulous restaurants and businesses in the area even though it was extremely hot. It is so refreshing to see that an owner cares about their guest to this level. Definitely would recommend. My first time in Austin and didn’t know what to expect. Such a great stay. Great Job!!

Our stay at Johanna Bee was perfect. It was an expertly arranged little back house that was perfect for my husband and me to stay while we visited family. It felt very private and had a small driveway right next to it so we didn’t have to worry about parking. We loved the location as we were close to coffee shops, restaurants and could easily walk! We would definitely stay there again!

MotoGP weekend

Property is in a very quiet part of south Congress area of Austin. This little cottage is surrounded by some really beautiful houses. Very walkable area even at night several places to get coffee or food or wine and very close to Congress Avenue where there are a lot of fun places to eat and bars.Perfect size for two. And a very comfortable bed. The host Bri was very responsive and proactive. We enjoyed the day very much.
