We enjoyed the surrounding walking trails each morning, and found the condo to be very well appointed with everything we could need during our week stay. "We really loved our stay at this home, it had such a warm, homey feel that made it easy to settle in right away. The A/C worked great and kept the house comfortable even on hot days, which made a big difference.The location in Kahuku is amazing. We were able to walk to the food trucks and nearby beaches, and it’s such a great central spot on the North Shore to explore from. We ended up loving Kahuku as a home base.Inside, the couches were big and deep, perfect for relaxing after long days out. Our kids loved that there were books and toys available, and having TVs in both the living room and master bedroom was a nice bonus. We also appreciated having soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided. There were some ants, but honestly, you're going to get that anywhere in Hawaii if you're not staying at a hotel and if you're on the ground floor. There was some ant spray under the sink, and I used it the first day and didn't really have problems with it after that.The washer and dryer setup just outside was actually really nice, it kept the house from getting warm like some places where the dryer is inside. And the backyard was such a fun surprise! The coconut, papaya, and banana trees were a huge hit with our kids.The owner was also incredibly kind and accommodating—they let us check in early when it was raining and we didn’t really have anywhere to go, which we really appreciated.Overall, this place was comfortable, convenient, and a great fit for our family.
