"The location is the best thing about this unit. It is very dated. The first thing you notice upon entering is the buckled wood flooring. The second is the very large portable air conditioning unit in the living room. I would not use the words serene and refuge to describe the property. The flooring has issues throughout. "Very clean with comfortable beds and nice linens. Kitchen had everything we needed. Short walk to the Ritz and the beach. Wonderful that beach towels and beach chairs were provided."
