ノース ショア ホテル

「Loved the location. Thought the outside fire could be lit longer than 10 pm.」

「Everything was good. I feel kids should be out of the hot tub area earlier than 9:30 so adults can enjoy it」

「The property was very nice and clean. The staff was great. Very helpful! I was there to attend a concert at DECC and when I mentioned that I was planning to walk to the arena I was told there was a complimentary shuttle that would drop off/pick up at the venue. What a wonderful service!! The driver was very nice and accommodating. My mom who didn’t go to the concert was taken and picked up safely at the casino downtown. I am very impressed. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely stay...

「Great location! Free valet! Complimentary shuttle! Love this unique hotel!」

「Great breakfast & loved the view of Lake Superior」

「Very poor quality towels」

「The one big drawback is that it fully smells like bug spray. Sorry, won't be staying there twice.」

「The breakfast was amazing, such good variety. The staff kept the array of food full until the end. The fruit was very fresh. The serving area was large so nothing was crowded, lots of room for serving yourself. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.」

「Absolutely amazing. 10/10 property 」

「We were pleased overall. The room was nice and good size. We had a king lakeview with sofa and balcony. The balcony had 2 good chairs and an odd table that we finally figured out how to use. Great view of the ship canal and Lakewalk. Bed was comfortable, shower was nice - separate instead of being in a tub. The staff was helpful and we enjoyed the warm rooftop soaking pool. We didn’t use the indoor pool. We also thought the nightly s’mores and fire pit were pretty fun. Great location. The...

「This was one of the most run down and dirty places I’ve ever stayed at. We had two rooms, neither of which had been cleaned. The floors were dirty. The room and bathroom had random hair everywhere. There were spider webs. The only positive was that the bedding appeared clean. The restaurant served items straight from a jar or freezer. Trust the reviews and find a different location.」
