I appreciate the efforts of the staff at your restaurant, but it's clear that more personnel are needed to meet the demands. The current understaffing significantly affects the quality of service. Additionally, it would greatly enhance the guest experience if you could address the security concerns related to the homelessness and tents in the vicinity. Unfortunately, staying here didn’t feel like being at a Radisson but rather a motel in El Salvador.The hotel carpeting was old, and the overall condition seemed run down. Half rolls of toilet paper are unacceptable. On a positive note, the food was awesome, and the three employees who were working were exceptional. However, it’s unfortunate that the management of this hotel seems to be unaware of how the property is perceived by its guests. The hotel's overall condition was disappointing.I hope you take this feedback to staff your restaurant and hotel adequately, do some remodeling, address the security issues, and stop the parking ramp from leaking.
