「The room was clean and comfortable. I liked having separate seating and sleeping areas and a full kitchen. However, there was insufficient lighting in the bedroom so trying to read in bed felt like trying to read the menu in a dark restaurant. The most disappointing part to me was the pool area. The room was cold, the pool was cold and the hot tub was cooler than bath water. The hot tub jets were not very powerful but that may have been because the water level was too low: it was several...

「Staff was very friendly」

「very nice and quiet location. clean with helpful staff. we would stay here again」

「Reservation made ahead and paid for. Unable to check in as planned. Room only acceptable. Window open a foot and not seen until morning as drape covered it. 4" carpet to wall moulding apart in 2 places. SHEETS on BED shredded on side as sooo thin>. Should have been replaced for sure. Bedspread sloppily tucked in at end. Only 1 staff member available at 6:30pm re-check in as room not available at 2:55pm when we arrived. CONSTRUCTION TRUCKS WORKING ON SITE UNTIL 10:00PM. THEY WERE TALKING...

「Very clean and nice staff」

「Clean and newer hotel, friendly staff, and dog friendly!」

「Wonderful hotel.」

「Good stay. We had a room for 7 people, according to Expedia, but when we arrived they said they don’t have any rooms for 7 people. We understand that this was an Expedia problem not the hotel. The staff was very helpful in making sure we got an extra bed. One hotel complaint is the couch roll away bed - not comfortable. Other beds were great.」

「Restaurant is understaffed and staff looked exhausted. Waited an hour for a biscuit that never came, I gave up. Look warm $4 coffee, no staff available to ask if I needed anything like cream or sugar. These are fixable problems. Maybe should consider hiring more staff.」
