The facilities was very clean and of great value. The only inconvenience was expectations set regarding check-in. For example, upon booking my stay, I received instructions that a $100 refundable cash deposit plus a $15 nonrefundable cleaning fee will be required upon check-in so I went through the trouble of making sure I had the exact amount of cash on me prior to the trip. On the day of check-in, I received a text with check-in instructions, instructing me to pay the $15 cleaning fee via...

The staff I interacted with everyday at the Watertown Hotel during my 4-night stay there were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a very convenient and safe area. House keeping is offered every other day, which works perfect for me. Room amenities, such as coffee was not automatically refilled during room cleaning. But you can easily ask for them at the front desk. They served pineapple shaped sugar cookies daily at the lobby, which give someone who has a sweet tooth something to...

We were on the 18th floor and the night view was awesome. The room was very modern and nice and clean. The refrigerator kept our drinks cold. We ate at Adare's restaurant inside the hotel for breakfast and it was really good. The bar in Adare's had grest margaritas on the rocks. One big plus was in there Market they have a microwave available for the guest.

This property is beautiful! The staff was helpful and friendly. We stayed here the night before an early flight but it didn’t feel like an airport hotel at all. The property is welcoming and quiet. We will definitely stay here again! 10/10
