「great stay!!!」

「Lovely condo in a great neighborhood with an amazing view overlooking the golf course. The location couldn’t be better, and check-in and check-out were super easy. The king bed was very comfortable, though the queen bed could use an upgrade. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We will be back! 」

「The host was responsive but with incomplete or wrong information. Their message responses were condescending and referencing items not provided. The pool is fine, but the amenities inside the unit are very poor at best.」

「Check in par says was not great. We got the instructions at 3:45. We were at the location at that time. Husband went down to get the keys out of the lock box in the basement and they weren’t there. Took a while for the property manager to realize that the cleaner was still there. Wait about another 15 minutes for him to come down and get us and take us up to the room then he had to finish cleaning. So it was over an hour from the time we got our instructions until we were actually in our unit. 」

「When I crawled into bed at 10:30pm after having finally gotten my infant to sleep - the bed was soaking wet. Not just the sheets. The pillows, duvet etc were all WET. They also had a strong chemical smell to them. I was exhausted so I emailed over vrbo then fell asleep on the couch. I woke up the next morning to the suggestion that I dry the sheets myself (note, they smelled bad). They did not offer to make this right in any other way. I said this was not an ok response and then also mentioned...
