「The staff here are welcoming and fun. The boat is a classy lady showing her age but clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful lunch and enjoyed a little shopping nearby.」

「Friendly service. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom and shower was clean. Closet was good size with a good amount of hangers and room to place suit cases. Plenty of enterances to enter closest to your room and parking by each enterance. No microwave in our room, but could use the one in the lobby. Lots of comforting seating in the lobby with tables to eat. Continental breakfast was average with great friendly help. 」

「Golden 1 center にNBA観戦のため一泊利用。 チェックインもスムーズで接遇も良かった。 施設は古いが清掃は行き届いており、清潔感を欠くことは全くない。 シャワーの水量、温度調節も心配だったが問題無かった。 ホテルは Amtrakステーションの真前でGolden 1 center やダウンタウン、オールドサクラメント まで、徒歩圏なのでアクセシビリティも抜群でした。 朝食は時間の関係でたべませんでした。 予約時に以前は朝食ありだったのが現在は記載はありませんが、無料のコンチネンタルbreakfastは準備されてました。 ホテルに機能性やluxuryを求める方には向きませんが、快適に泊まるだけに着目するなら十分お勧めできるホテルです。 Sacramento再訪の際はまたリピートしたいと思います。 」

「. Staff was very nice and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the bedsheets were clean. However, the bathroom needed a thorough cleaning, and the flooring outside the rooms could use some cleanings too.」

「良いホテルでした。 ただ、日本人にはこのようなオープンなホテル（客室の窓が駐車場に向かっていて、部屋の中が廊下を歩く人に丸見えになる）離れていないのでもう少しそれがわかる写真があればよいと思います。 スタッフの人はとても親切で本当に助かりました。Golden 1 Centerまで歩いても安全ですかと質問したところ、シャトルバスを提案してもらいました。」
